Unicellular diazotrophic cyanobacteria SU2

ABSTRACT: Two unicellular nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria were isolated from the coastal waters outside of Zanzibar, Indian Ocean. Genomes from both strains were sequenced using Illumina Miseq and compared to other unicellular diazotrophs.
