Project description:Plasma samples from 35 Malian subjects were used for the proteomic profiling. Samples were collected from 12 individuals aged 7-15 years old, 6 males and 6 females at 4 time points: October 2017 (10 samples), March 2018 (10 samples), May 2018 (19 samples), and 6 samples from malaria cases in August 2018.
