Project description:This study investigated the transcriptomic response of Trichoderma harzianum to blue light. Mycelial samples cultured under darkness and blue LED light conditions were analyzed by mRNA sequencing. A pooled de novo transcriptome assembly was generated using Trinity, and transcript/gene abundance was estimated using Salmon. Processed matrices include gene- and isoform-level counts and TPM values, together with the Trinity transcriptome assembly and candidate annotation tables.
