Project description:This dataset comprises 3'RNAseq data from a greenhouse experiment investigating the transcriptional responses of four spring barley genotypes (Avalon, Barke, Morex, and Palmella Blue) to Fusarium culmorum infection and drought stress. Plants were grown under controlled conditions and subjected to four treatment combinations: watered + mock (WM), watered + Fusarium (WFc), drought + mock (DM), and drought + Fusarium (DFc). Samples were collected at 4 and 7 days post-inoculation (dpi) from spikes and used for RNA extraction.
