Project description:The primary objective of this prospective observational study is to characterize the gut and oral microbiome as well as the whole blood transcriptome in gastrointestinal cancer patients and correlate these findings with cancer type, treatment efficacy and toxicity. Participants will be recruited from existing clinical sites only, no additional clinical sites are needed.
Project description:Six to eight week old female C57BL/6J mice were exposed to 2 Gy of whole body γ radiation and mammary glands were surgically removed 2-month after radiation. RNA was isolated and microarray hybridization performed for gene expression analysis.
Project description:47,984 unigenes with putative coding regions with at least 50 amino acids were selected from whole transcriptome (SAMN03271814) of Phtheirospermum japonicum Microarray slides were hybridized with labeled cRNA from roots of 2-week-old Phtheirospermum japonicum plants growing axenically and treated with haustoria-inducer DMBQ (10 µM) for 0, 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h
