Project description:Single-cell RNA-seq was performed on human bronchial epithelial preparations derived from non-cystic fibrosis and cystic fibrosis samples. The dataset includes untreated BE63 non-CF cells, untreated BE73 CF cells, and BE63 non-CF cells treated with TNFα + IL-17 or IFNα.
