Project description:HiPSCs were differentiated into alveolar type 2 cells (AT2s) following a stepwise differentiation protocol, mimicking lung development, using a chemically defined, serum-free, and xeno-free differentiation protocol. Raw data contains 8 sublibraries which include hiPSC-derived passage 2 (day 76) AT2 cells.(at2_ep_filt_4_3).
Project description:To characterize the growth kinetics and transcriptome drift of human umbilical cord perivascular cells (HUCPVCs), cells were recovered from cryopreservation and cultured in chemically defined xeno- and serum-free media until replicative senescence. Growth kinetics and transcriptome profiles were analyzed at each passage.
Project description:With improved whole-cell isolation protocols, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and profiled the transcriptomes from adult non-human primate brain. We identified discriminative cell populations with canonical and novel markers. Cross-species projection demonstrated the evolutionary conservation among mouse, monkey, and human. This dataset serves as a detailed transcriptomic atlas for understanding the adult primate central nervous system.
