Project description:MASH Explorer, a universal, comprehensive, and user-friendly software environment for top-down proteomics. MASH Explorer integrates multiple spectral deconvolution and database searching algorithms into a single, universal platform which can process top-down proteomics data from various vendor formats, for the first time. It addresses the urgent need in the rapidly growing top-down proteomics community and is freely available to all users worldwide. With the critical need and tremendous support from the community, we envision this MASH Explorer software package will play an integral role in advancing top-down proteomics to realize its full potential for biomedical research.
Project description:Protein and phosphorylation (Phospho Explorer Antibody Array, FullMoonBioscience, #PEX100) profiling of peritoneal monocytes (pooled lavages from 3-4 mice / condition) was carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Project description:Intraoperatively, the surgeon will interrogate the liver with ultrasound. The time spent by the surgeon using the ultrasound is recorded. If all lesions seen on pre-op imaging were found, the patient does not have the Pathfinder Explorer system applied. If one or more lesions cannot be found, then the Pathfinder Explorer system is calibrated and a tracking device is attached to the ultrasound probe, which the surgeon will use to reattempt localization of the missing tumor. The Pathfinder Explorer system operates in real-time in conjunction with the ultrasound.
Project description:PCA analysis (R/Bioconductor, Lumi) revealed sample Rest202 as an outlier. This sample dataset was removed, after which data were Quantile normalized (R/Bioconductor, Lumi). Data were further analyzed in Qlucore Omics Explorer.
Project description:Deglycosylated-leucine-rich α-2-glycoprotein1 (DG-LRG1) as well as LRG1 was discovered to promote angiogenesis under diabetes mellitus condition through TGF-β independent binding to endoglin. To examine the signaling pathways triggered by DG-LRG1, we subjected whole-cell protein lysates of control and DG-LRG1 treated HUVECs to a Phospho Explorer antibody array analysis using commercial antibody array assay kit (Full Moon Biosystems, Inc.). Samples were probed against 1318 site-specific and phospho-specific antibodies with two replicates per antibody printed on a coated glass microscope slide. Phospho Explorer antibody array experiments and analyses were performed as a custom service by E-Biogen (Ebiogen Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea).
Project description:In order to understand the three-dimensional genome organization in M. tuberculosis, in this study we have used exponentially growing mycobacterial culture. We performed Hi-C on both virulent and attenuated strain of M. tuberculosis and analyzed data by using Hi-C explorer tools
