Project description:This study investigates transcriptomic changes associated with CDO1 overexpression in human AGS gastric cancer cells. Poly(A)-selected mRNA libraries from CDO1-overexpressing AGS cells and corresponding control cells were sequenced using paired-end 150-bp reads on the DNBSEQ-T7 platform to identify differentially expressed genes and biological pathways regulated by CDO1 overexpression in gastric cancer cells.

HT29,HT29-shROR, HT29-Mock, AGS, AGS-shROR, AGS-Mock cells were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
