Project description:Silverside adults and their offspring (embryos and early larvae) were exposed to control conditions or a combined hypoxia and acidification treatment (~35% dissolved oxygen, ~2500 µatm pCO2; hereafter HypOA). They were collected at 10 days post-hatch and sampled for RNA sequencing.
