Project description:This study conducts small RNA sequencing (sRNA-seq) on seedlings from wild-type Arabidopsis and arf2-20 mutant to profile the sRNAome alterations in the arf2 mutant. Based on high throughput sequencing, we identify ARF2-regulated tRNA-derived sRNAs (tsRNAs).
