Project description:We used microarrays to determine which genes are upregulated by IFNbeta stimulation in 293T cells. We treated 293T cells with recombinant IFNbeta for 12 hrs or left the cells unstimulated. We then lysed the cells and hybridized the RNA to Affymetrix microarrays.

Project description:Transcriptional profiling of human mesenchymal stem cells comparing normoxic MSCs cells with hypoxic MSCs cells. Hypoxia may inhibit senescence of MSCs during expansion. Goal was to determine the effects of hypoxia on global MSCs gene expression.
