Project description:We collected gene expression data (RNAseq) from mature Ly6G+ neutrophils isolated from mice bone marrow. The samples were obtained from both Wild-Type and RAB27A knockout mice. These neutrophils were either treated with CpG, a TLR9 agonist, for 6 hours or left untreated. The transcriptional data complement the study of the role of Rab27a-mediated vesicular trafficking on signaling pathways downstream of TLR9 activation and cytokine secretion in immune cells.
Project description:Gene expression profiling of immortalized human mesenchymal stem cells with hTERT/E6/E7 transfected MSCs. hTERT may change gene expression in MSCs. Goal was to determine the gene expressions of immortalized MSCs.
Project description:Wild-type C57BL/6N mice were treated with twice-weekly carfilzomib injections for a period of two weeks. Following this treatment, the left ventricular tissues were prepared for tmt-multiplexed mass spectrometry analysis to determine the protein-profiles of the treated hearts as opposed to those of untreated mouse specimens.
