Project description:To characterize the immunotrascriptome of the reef-building coral from the Caribbean, Pseudodiploria strigosa, after immune-challenge. This study contributes to understand the complexity that define the health and disease balance in corals, as well as the alarming morbidity and mortality of corals in the Caribbean.
