Project description:The aim of this study is to estimate the eleutheroembryonic stage based on gene expression changes following post-hatching starvation in the NIES-R and Hd-rR strains of medaka (Oryzias latipes). We analyzed the changes in gene expression patterns in post-hatching individuals under both feeding and starvation conditions. This analysis revealed how starvation affects development and growth, and identified key genes that play significant roles under nutrient-deficient conditions.
