Project description:This study investigates the growth of Ruminococcus gnavus strain ATCC 29149 under two different conditions over a period of 3 hours. The experimental conditions include:
RG (Ruminococcus gnavus in Meat Broth): R. gnavus grown in standard meat broth.
RS-SA (Ruminococcus gnavus in Meat Broth with Sialic Acid): R. gnavus grown in meat broth supplemented with sialic acid.
Control conditions were also established for comparison:
CT (Control in Meat Broth): Standard meat broth without R. gnavus.
CT-SA (Control in Meat Broth with Sialic Acid): Meat broth with sialic acid, also without R. gnavus.
