Project description:In this study, iTRAQ reagent technology was used to investigate the proteome of the larval and adult stages of Taenia pisiformis. Bioinformatics analysis of proteins in the two developmental stages showed that 1665 differential proteins were identified in adult versus larvae, which contains 672 up-regulated proteins and 993 down-regulated proteins.
