Project description:IBER or MEZI, POM reduced expression key inducers (macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10)) of monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSCs) in CD33+ cells and reduced proinflammatory genes such as CCL5 in HMCLs and inhibited IL-10 secretion from IL-10-producing HMCLs. This dataset explores molecular changes induced by these cytokines and the alterations in co-culture-modified gene sets in HMCLs and CD33+ cells treated with IBER or MEZI, POM.
