Project description:This project presents a quantitative proteomics analysis of co-cultured Chlorella sp. and Symbiodinium sp. under UV-B irradiation. The algae were exposed to UV-B radiation at an intensity of 5.7 kJ/m²/h for a duration of 10 hours. Samples were collected immediately after the exposure to investigate the differential protein expression and stress responses of the two algal species. High-throughput LC-MS/MS analysis was performed to quantify changes in protein abundance.
