Project description:This project presents comprehensive proteomic data of skin tissue from Tan Sheep (Ovis aries) at three distinct age stages. The dataset includes quantitative proteomic profiles generated using advanced mass spectrometry-based approaches, capturing the dynamic changes in protein expression patterns across different growth phases. These data aim to facilitate the identification of age-related protein biomarkers, explore molecular mechanisms underlying skin development and physiological changes in Tan Sheep, and provide valuable resources for further research on ovine skin biology, breed improvement, and adaptive evolution studies.
