Project description:Muscle-restricted coiled-coil protein (MURC)/Cavin-4, which is a component of caveolae, is involved in the pathophysiology of dilated cardiomyopathy and cardiac hypertrophy. We used microarrays to examine the gene expression of mouse hearts perturbed by MURC deficieny.
Project description:RhoE is a small GTPase that regulates actin cytoskeleton organization and cell migration. This analysis aimed at exploring the physiological function of RhoE in heart by means of knockout mouse model. We used microarrays to compare differentital gene expression profiles in wild-type and RhoE knockout embryo hearts.
Project description:Wild-type and SIRT5-knockout mice were subjected to cardiac irradiation. Four months post-treatment, hearts were collected, and the succinylome was profiled using quantitative proteomic analysis, with n=3 biological replicates per group.
