Project description:Sainfoin (Onobrychis viciifolia) is a leguminous forage widely planted in arid and semi-arid areas. Prolonged drought stress can significantly damage sainfoin growth, resulting in lower yield and quality, and in severe cases, plant mortality. As a result, studying sainfoin's drought response pathways is extremely important. In this work, we compared two sainfoin (DRL, drought-tolerant; DSM, drought-sensitive) in terms of protein regulation.
