Project description:Gene expression profiling was performed in PBMCs collected from 26 lung transplant recipients at 3 and 10 months after transplantation and prior to development of BOS. Results: there was a substantial proportion of genes (~1800) changed over time in BOS patients but not in non-BOS patients.
