Project description:This study profiled miRNAs in small extracellular vesicles (OA-UVR-sEV) isolated from UVR-stimulated Odorrana andersonii skin secretions and in the corresponding Non-sEV fraction. Three independent biological preparations per group were analyzed by small-RNA sequencing to characterize vesicle-associated miRNA enrichment and differential miRNA profiles.
