Project description:This proteomics dataset characterizes photosystem-centered molecular responses of the green microalga Tetraselmis chuii under nonylphenol stress. Quantitative protein profiling reveals coordinated remodeling of light-harvesting complexes, enhanced photoprotection, energy metabolism reprogramming, and repair-associated pathways underlying active photosynthetic resilience to anthropogenic chemical exposure.
