Mahonia Bealei was used as a traditional Chinese medicine for its high alkaloid content. Previous research found that alkaloid and flavonoid contents in the M. bealei leaves increased under combinatory treatments of ultraviolet B and dark. In order to explore the underlying response mechanism, TiO2 ...
Mahonia bealei were exposed to UV-B radiation for 6 h followed by a 54-h dark treatment. The leaves from starting point, UV-B group, UV+D group, regular growth 6 h, and regular growth 54 h, were harvested and processed for proteomic analysis using label-free quantification.
Comparative transcriptome analysis of different tissues of Mahonia bealei provided new insights into the biosynthetic pathway of Benzylisoquinoline alkaloids
