Here we performed a set of cross linking experiments with Parvulin 14 and 17 in order to understand the intramolecular contacts the proteins form. Also we investigated the interaction of Par14 with actin using CL-MS.
In this project we aimed to identify the parvulin interactors by diazirine mediated cross-linking in conjunction with affinity enrichment mass spectrometry (AE-MS).
