ChIP-Seq for TCF7L2 in adult mouse thalami
We used chromatin immunoprecipitation combined with DNA sequencing to identify TCF7L2 localization on thalamic genome. We report that among putative TCF7L2 direct targets are thalamic terminal effector genes.
