CD1c DC maintained for 40h and monocyte-derived DC from 5 donors were prepared and RNA isolated from unstimulated DC or after stimulation for 8h with CD40L, LPS and IFNγ. The samples were hybridized onto Agilent Human GE 4x44K v2 arrays.
