The model reproduces the time profiles of PDL1 in a Neuroblastoma Cancer Cell, considering the activating mutation of ALK: ALKF1174L. We simulate the impact of two different therapy: Crizotinib and Gefitinib, in mono-therapy and in combination assesment.
