Hematopoietic cells arise from spatiotemporally restricted domains in the developing embryo. Although studies of non-mammalian animal and in vitro embryonic stem cell models suggest a close relationship among cardiac, endocardial, and hematopoietic lineages, it remains unknown whether the mammalian ...

Single cell expression profiling of the mouse Sox17-null endocardium at E8.5
RNA sequencing of hPSC-derived cardiac progenitors and endocardium
To understand the function of Sox17 in the precursor cells of the mouse endocardium and the effect in the develoiping heart tube, single cell expression profiling of the Sox17-null endocardium and myocardium were performed.

Gene expression profile at single cell level of E12.5 mouse heart with transcription factor Gata4 knockout by inducible Cre in endocardium
Gata4 is required for mouse endocardium development. To identify genes regulated by Gata4 in endocardium, we deleted Gata4 in endocardium with Cdh5(Pac)-CreERT2 and performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze all cells from the ventricles.
