FOXF1 targets in embryonic day 18.5 mouse lungs were determined using FOXF1 immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing. FOXF1 binding sites in two biological replicates of pooled E18.5 wildtype mouse lungs (n=3) were to a 2% input control sample.

This is a mathematical model of Hsp70 induction. To model heat shock effects, the model incorporates temperature dependencies in transcirption to Hsp70 mRNA and in dissociation of transcriptional complexes, in addition to a formal expression relating temperature to protein denaturation.

Analysis of genes deregulated due to heterozygous overexpression of Foxf1 in endothelial and hematopoietic cells using Tie2-cre in embryonic day 18.5 mouse lungs. Total RNA obtained from three ROSA26Foxf1; Tie2-cre mouse lungs compared to three control ROSA26-lox-stop-lox (LSL) -Foxf1 mouse lungs.

Heterozygous point mutations or genomic deletions of NR0B1 in Xp21.2 result in congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, whereas the NR0B1 locus duplications in XY individuals lead to gonadal dysgenesis and a male-to-female dosage-sensitive sex reversal. We previously reported...

Transcription factor SOX9 is essential for the differentiation of chondrocytes and the development of testes. Heterozygous point mutations and genomic deletions involving SOX9 lead to campomelic dysplasia (CD) often associated with sex reversal. Chromosomal rearrangements with breakpoints mapping up...
