RALF induced quantitative phosphoproteome changes in Arabidopsis thaliana
Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with 1 uM RALF peptide for 5 min to examine rapid protein phosphorylation changes. Phosphopeptides from the plasma membrane were identified and quantified using Orbitrap mass spectrometer.
