Total RNA pools from macrophages from Familial Hypercholesterolemia(FH) patients with tendon xanthomas (TX+) and without tendon xanthomas (TX-) were analyzed using Affymetrix oligonucleotide arrays (HGU133A) to evaluate the gene expression profile in presence and absence of oxidized LDL.
