Identification XPO7-interating proteins by ectopically expressed FLAG-tagged XPO7 proteins in HEK293T cells and performed coimmunoprecipitation (co-IP) with FLAG antibody followed by mass spectrometry analysis.
We found that the stability of OorD protein increased with the combination of DARTS technology and mass spectrometry identification.This result suggests that OorD may be a target of NPB.
