We investigated small-RNA populations from Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 between Wild-type and the arp6 mutant with focus on micro-RNA levels. Small-RNA sequencing was performed for 4 bioreps (with 4 technical replicates each) of each condition. Size selection was done by manually cutting bands.
