We analyzed changes in gene expression of Arabidopsis in response to 2 mM formaldehyde (HCHO) stimulation using cDNA microarray in the present study. The aim of our study was to identify HCHO-responsive genes and clarify the molecular mechanisms underlying the response of Arabidopsis to HCHO stress.

E.coli ATCC 25922 was overnight grown in 10 ml LB and passaged for 3 h with 1:50 dilution in fresh LB. Treated with tavaborole alone (80 μg/ml, labeled ‘A’) or tavaborole plus amikacin (80 μg/ml +40 μg/ml, labeled ‘AK’) for 6 h, cells were washed in PBS and harvested by centrifugation at 4,000 g, 8 ...

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a global health challenge with limited treatment options and frequent development of drug resistance. Sophora flavescens, a traditional Chinese medicine, contains prenylated flavonoids with documented antitumor potential, though their in vivo effica...

Tafenoquine , an anti-malarial agent, exhibited satisfactory antimicrobial efficacy against Staphylococcus aureus and its highly resistant phenotypes of biofilm and persister cells. Proteomic analysis of Staphylococcus aureus after treated with Tafenoquine was used to explore its underlying mechanis...
