This project was designed to investigate possible bio-markers in the plasma of biliary atresia patients. Eleven biliary atresia patients from age 2 month to age 8 month and 9 age matched healthy controls were enrolled in this project.
Two Chinese maize hybrids and their parents, were germinated and cultured to three-leaf stage, second seedling leaves from two hybrids and their parents, were used for proteins extraction and analysis by label-free.
