TranscriptomicsAssessment of low-dose BPA toxicity in thyroid follicular cells by gene expression microarray.
Gene expression microarrays were performed to investigate the molecular effects of exposure to BPA on thyrocytes (FRTL-5). Cells were treated with low-lose BPA (10^-9 M) at different time points to analyse time dependent toxicity.

The transcriptomic dose-dependent response of rat immortalized thyrocytes to two thyroid disrupting chemicals was investigated by RNA-seq experiment. PCCl3 cells were exposed for one week to different doses of ethylenethiourea (ETU) and chlorpyrifos (CPF) and to their combinations.
