In this study, we determined the expression profiles of Pho4 and Cbf1 targeted genes in phosphate perturbation. Yeast S. cerevisiae in log phase was grown in PNB medium with no phosphate for 3 hours and then shift to various phosphate concentration (from 0 to 10 mM) for 80 minutes.
ORGANISM(S): Saccharomyces cerevisiae
This is a dataset generated by the Drosophila Regulatory Elements modENCODE Project led by Kevin P. White at the University of Chicago. It contains genome-wide binding profile of the factor SuH from E8-16 generated by ChIP and analyzed on Illumina Genome Analyzer. For data usage terms and condition...

This is a dataset generated by the Drosophila Regulatory Elements modENCODE Project led by Kevin P. White at the University of Chicago. It contains genome-wide binding profile of the factor SuH from E16-24 generated by ChIP and analyzed on Illumina Genome Analyzer. For data usage terms and conditio...

The expression of a large proportion of the fission yeast genome changes periodically with the cell cycle. Several key transcription factors have been identified that regulate these oscillating and interdependent waves of gene expression. However, for a significant number of cell cycle-regulated gen...
ORGANISM(S): Schizosaccharomyces pombe
Genome wide maps of nucleosome occupancy in yeast have been produced through deep sequencing of nuclease-protected DNA. These maps have been obtained from crosslinked chromatin in vivo at varying phosphate concentrations (no phoshate and 10mM phosphate concentration). Here, we analyze these maps in ...
