C57BL/6J mice were subjected to 30 Gy liver irradiation (5 Gy × 6 fractions). METTL14 overexpression was achieved via AAV-METTL14 tail-vein injection. Liver tissues were collected for RNA-seq analysis to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related to cell death pathways.
