ABSTRACT: To find how the Mck1 and Slt2 kinases regulate metabolic reprogramming in response to glucose starvation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells, transcriptome of wild-type cells, single and double deletion mutants of MCK1 and SLT2 grown at both glucose-replete (exponential phase) and glucose-starved (early PDS (post-diauxic shift) phase) conditions were determined.
