QuantSeq of EGR1 KO or WT immortalised bone marrow derived macrophages during Salmonella Typhimurium infection

ABSTRACT: To identify the EGR1 dependence of the macrophage transcriptional response to Salmonella Typhimurium infection, RNA was harvested from CRISPR Egr1 knockout or CRISPR negative control (WT) immortalised bone marrow derived macrophages throughout a 4 hour infection.
