RNAseq of small intestinal organoids prepared from wild-type and mutant mice that harbour a point mutation that converts a serine residue at position 839 to an isoleucine
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: A knock-in mouse model has been generated where the serine residue at position 839 in the catalytic domain of receptor guanylyl cyclase C (product of the Gucy2c gene) has been converted to an isoleucine residue. Organoids were prepared from the small intestine of wild-type C57BL6N Tac mice and the mutant S839I mouse by established procedures. RNA was prepared from organoids and subjected to RNAseq analysis.
