RNA-seq of H3.3 or H3.3Q5A expressing PANC-1 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Serotonylation can occur on position 5 on histone H3 and result in H3K4me3Q5ser, an epigenetic modification associated with permissive gene expression. To investigate genes directly regulated by H3K4me3Q5ser, we established PANC-1 cells expressing wild-type H3.3 or H3.3Q5A (the mutation of glutamine to alanine at position 5 that blocks H3Q5ser), and then performed RNA-seq.
