RNAseq of human endometrial monocytes and macrophages in healthy controls and pre-eclampsia


ABSTRACT: The aim of this experiment was to identify differential gene expression pathways in human endometrial FACS-enriched monocytes (CD45+CD66b-Siglec8-CD3-CD19-CD20-HLA-DR+CD64+CD14+CCR2+ cells), Mac1 macrophages (CD45+CD66b-Siglec8-CD3-CD19-CD20-HLA-DR+CD64+CD14+CCR2- CD206- cells), Mac2 macrophages (CD45+CD66b-Siglec8-CD3-CD19-CD20-HLA-DR+CD64+CD14+CCR2- CD206+ cells) and stromal cells (CD45-CD31-EpCAM-Podoplanin+CD90+cells ), in healthy controls and patients who have a prior pregnancy history of pre-eclampsia.
