Whole genome CRISPR Screening (Brunello library) on AMO-1 cell line treated with Ceritnib

ABSTRACT: AMO-1 cells were transduced with Brunello CRISPR screening library at MOI 0.3, and culture in the presnece of ceritinib. DNA was isolated and one step PCR was perfomed and gRNAs conferring to resistance or sensitivity was analysed using MAGECK-VISPR.
