ABSTRACT: This dataset includes RT-qPCR fold-change expression data for apoptosis-, proliferation-, and inflammation-related genes (BAX, BCL-2, CASPASE-3, P53, Ki-67, and IL-6) in two oral cancer cell lines (HEP-2 and HN-9) treated with free Captopril and Captopril-Montmorillonite nanoparticles (CP-MMT). The study demonstrates the enhanced pro-apoptotic and oxidative stress effects of Captopril nanoparticles compared to free Captopril.
