Bulk RNA-seq of endothelial cells isolated from sciatic nerve and spinal cord of SOD1-G93 and control mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Endothelial cells were isolated from the sciatic nerve and spinal cord of SOD1-G93A and non-transgenic littermate mice at two disease stages: onset (P90) and early symptomatic (P120). Following tissue dissociation, endothelial cells were purified by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. RNA was then extracted and subjected to bulk RNA sequencing to identify transcriptional signatures associated with disease progression.
