ABSTRACT: Investigating the underlying mechanisms of hepatic lipid accumulation in hyperuricemic conditions. Using hepatic uricase knockout mice as a disease model, we examined transcriptional changes occurring in the mouse liver under hyperuricemic conditions, integrating these findings with the lipid accumulation phenotype.
